Not only serving the community in-store and via delivery to your home, site or office, we also cater for corporate meetings, christenings, funerals and everything in between!

We're right in the heart of Tring where our friendly team are waiting to welcome you. We have a fabulous and varied menu, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or simply just hungry, we cater for everyone! 

We always have an amazing 'Special' that changes weekly and we guarantee you won't find it anywhere else nearby.

Smoothies & Shakes

We have 10 different fantastic healthy Smoothies, working with a supplier that offers a range of pre-portioned fruit that create a consistent flavour with no waste at all. No additives or preservatives, just an energising, immune boosting treat!

Our amazing Shakes are in a league of their own! Whether it's the Dreamy ones, Classy ones, Chocolatey ones or Vegan - If you like Milkshakes then you'll love these, whipped Cream and Sauce included.

How did we get here?

In April 1997 Pam and Mick opened the doors to PAMS at 64, High Street, Tring. Did you know that PAMS was originally the abbreviation for Pam And Micks Snacks?

The concept was to offer great quality, freshly made hot and cold food to takeaway – nothing pre-packed, everything made fresh to order.

Over the years the concept remained the same and with the PAMS reputation and tradition firmly established, Pam and Mick decided it was time to take a back seat. In October 2016, Daughters Mandy and Deborah took over running and evolving the business, keeping the concept the same whilst putting their own charm and persona into it.

In 2020 with the UK exiting the initial Covid19 Lockdown, PAMS as a takeaway food business had the good fortune to be able to reopen its doors in June and continued serving Tring throughout the following further Lockdowns. Deborah alongside husband Andy are continuing with and building on the ‘PAMS concept’ forging a strong Social Media presence through an amazing and loyal community.
